Masks can be helpful - IF you have an endless supply of N95 or better masks, and can afford to change to a new one after no more than an hour.

Since these masks were in very short supply - partially because the government literally bought out all existing stocks and then directed all production of new ones to the government, that left the public with nothing but improvised masks, which is what nearly everyone was wearing for the entire pandemic (except those who worked in hospitals or for the government, and even only some of them).

Of COURSE these masks were useless and pointless - EXCEPT that they were good political theater, and both allowed people to virtue-signal AND allowed the government to discriminate against people who weren't wearing one. But Faucci CORRECTLY stated that these masks were worthless - UNTIL the government instructed him otherwise, at which point he changed his story. Since then, multiple independent tests proved what we already knew, which is that improvised masks are worthless. The fact that most people wore the same masks for weeks at a time actually made it far MORE likely that people would get sick.

At a hospital, N95 masks are rarely worn for longer than 30 minutes at a time, and are to be disposed of after no longer than an hour. They don't care what it costs - that's how the masks function, and they use what they need. But for normal people, you'd be talking about paying hundreds, if not thousands of dollars extra per month for enough N95 masks to make wearing a mask worthwhile, and most can't afford that. But that's irrelevant anyway, given that even today, production would come no where close to meeting demand. They'd need to increase production something like 18 times current output in order to meet the demand, and that's just not feasible.

They work for the immunocompromised. It depends on the type you get. N95 is about as good as it gets. I wear one when cutting the lawn or cleaning out chicken coop.

He’s right in that those cheap masks are ineffective because people don’t use them right. Nothing really beats social distancing. But confine it to the vulnerable and medical community, they need the medical supplies more anyway.

The day before Joey's state of the union address, I saw Joey walking across the white house lawn wearing a mask.

But the next day the CDC said that we no longer needed masks. I watched the state of the union address, and Joey was hugging, sniffing and kissing everyone in sight. No more social distancing or masks, and this all magically happened overnight. People actually believed this was a miracle.

I found that video online and it was hosted on Facebook. I downloaded it, because I knew they would take it down, and they did.
But I was shocked to see today that YouTube allowed it! Wow.

I posted it here so that people can see what the world's leading virus expert had to say about masks. They don't fucking work!
But the powers that be got to Fauci, so he changed his tune to say that you needed two masks and maybe even goggles.
And as you know, the lock-downs, social distancing and masks are coming back. It's crazy.

I don't remember when it happened but YouTube eventually allowed people to talk about covid again very recently. I want to say that they did it around March 2023 and they made no announcement doing it. The only way you'd know about it is if you pay attention to the changes in the policy and I believe I found this out from Tim Pool.

I doubt this policy going to last much longer though. I hope that more people will not tolerate these new waves of lockdowns but NPCs are going to NPC.

I could probably list about 10 examples of mayors and governors breaking the lock down rules. Gavin Newsom is one of them.

Nancy Pelosi and Lori Lightfoot too. Andrew Cuomo and I believe Gretchen Whitmer are also the ones who put covid patients in nursing homes. Cuomo definitely did because my great grandmother was one of those who died because of his treachery.

Conserve the masks for people who need it, masks can help but it give a false sense of security. You still have to wash your hands, not tough your face and social distance and the most important get vaccinated.

Health care providers and risk people like elderly and other listed on the people for high risk of death due to covid.. it’s the cdc website they are given a higher priority for the vaccine
