Why are people who are rude or a jerk to others (offline out there in the real world), seem like they NEVER think about what if it were to happen?

I work in customer service and you know how that is! I've had my fair share of assholes, snobs, and rude (especially of the Asian race. Not being racist as I'm Asian myself), but thankfully it's rare. But for those types of people I do wonder sometimes, what makes them that way.

We'll see that's the thing is it has happened to them somebody is picked on them all their life and so they think that's the way life is and that's what they're supposed to do they're unhappy they're miserable they're most are just pussies and they think being loud in bostress makes people frightened or scared makes no sense to me

I’ll admit that I can be a bitch to people who wind me up or irritate me and people in retail have been victims of my wrath previously but my ire isn’t aimed at the people, it’s aimed at the stupid policies that these stores have that screws over the customers and unfortunately the staff that these companies hire suffer the consequences.
