I believe so. I think if you are lying you should be held accountable.

In my country, the army is compulsory, so to avoid the army I said I was a transgender woman (which wasn't true, it was just to avoid military service) but my government demanded proof, and because of that I'm forced to actually become a woman.
One important thing to know is that I'm not European or American. I live in a Middle Eastern country. I thought that telling this lie would just allow me to avoid military service, but I didn't foresee that my lie would trap me.
If I'd known that beforehand, I'd never have told that stupid lie. The problem was that I couldn't say I'd lied because I risked going to prison.
I'm Turkish, in Turkey gender reassignment is allowed. But when you declare yourself trans you are not allowed to do military service. That's why I told that lie. But I was trapped by my own lie.
Yes, that's exactly it. I was forced to become a transgender woman.
I cried a lot because I wanted to remain a man, but I had no choice. This lie was the worst mistake of my life.
As I've already said, I've been on hormones for 2 months, and today I'm going to donate all my men's clothes to a charity because they're no longer of any use to me, unfortunately. and then I'm going to the store to make myself a 100% women's wardrobe.

Wtf? That sounds like something out of a comedy movie.

I'm surprised they don't kill you or lock you up for being trans if it's a middle eastern country.

Wow that's wild. So you're forced to be trans?
