I've never actually heard anyone use that argument in that way exactly. I've usually heard more that if a girl or woman doesn't want to be pregnant they will find a way to end it, whether that way is safe or legal is the question. Now I don't think that means they are saying it's okay just that if we really wanted to prevent unwanted pregnancy, and abortion there are other ways to do that than just banning abortion. Sex ed, affordable birth control, better social services systems in place to help moms and babies etc. are ways that both sides of the debate should focus on, in my opinion.
When people aren’t so okay with murdering thousands of children in the name of a nationality, maybe I’ll care more about what women do with an embryo in their own bodies.
Child sacrifice is normal in their culture. It's what they do... Thus why they will never see eye to eye with anyone with an ounce of good in them.

There is no logic in that argument. That’s probably why I have never heard it before.
