That was actually an excellent video. I expected it to be some dick head from the manosphere bitching about women.

It's interesting how the liberation of women from subjugation brought about new dynamics.

Women were always hard working and resourceful. But, as it turned out, they were as academically competent as boys when given the opportunity. So they quickly caught up with men in the workplace. And they were capable of supporting themselves.

The ability to support themselves is what threw men for a loop. A woman no longer has to settle for any guy who is willing to marry her simply to survive.

Guys complain when women say they don't "need" a man. But, to me, "need" implies dependence. Dependence on what? Financial support? Some men think that's all they should have to bring to the table. On top of that, their egos get bruised when a woman can also earn income. Not only that, but some men refuse to share in things like cooking, household chores, and caring for kids. They still have the notion that such things are "women's work". Those men "believe they are only able to do one task as a provider/protector, and anything else is a woman's role." - Ez-Bri-Z_v2
That is a failure to adapt.

And, as far as "needing" a man, what's wrong with the idea of a man and woman "wanting" a partner to love, cherish, respect and desire? To be best friends, have fun, engage in sex, maybe raise a family, and build a happy life together.

Why do some men need to be the ones who are revered in a relationship instead of both people admiring, respecting, trusting, adoring and revering each other? Why can't two people be equal partners instead of one being the CEO/president/lord and master?

I think the main failure of society is a lack of healthy male role models - bad or missing fathers, few male teachers, and terrible male role models on TV. Young men resort to learning from their clueless peers and listening to douche bag, on-line influencers who do nothing but degrade women and say only the top 1% of men will get a girlfriend. And, of course, 1% means over 6' tall, buff and wealthy. They say nothing about character, morals or healthy values.

Conservatism is locked in the stone age; modern liberalism is totally unhealthy and anti-masculine; and media and industry push consumerism, insecurity and the shallowest of values. By the way, both boys and girls fall prey this this toxic shit.

None of this is the fault of girls/women. Boys/men are simply going to have evolve if they want to succeed. But that's going to be difficult, given our political and social environment, and the anachronistic ideas of male-female dynamics that have been handed down.

Women still love men's size, strength and masculinity. The guys who develop healthy character will succeed. It's not all about having gym bods, abs and wealth.

Men have always faced inequality; just like women. We were never equal, but we were equitable. Thanks to a great deal of impassioned ignorance, women now have all of the rights and privileges that men have long enjoyed, with none of the accountability, responsibilities and sacrifices. Men still do not have any of the rights and privileges women long enjoyed, and still have all of the same accountability, responsibilities and sacrifices. There has been a remarkable shift in the balance. Maybe even more remarkably, many people still seem to think women are oppressed and that this is still some kind of “patriarchy”. Clearly not educated people interested in facts. As i said, “impassioned ignorance”. Ell oh ell!
It’s not going to change any time soon. People are increasingly more concerned with feelings over facts. And we’re collectively dumber than we’ve been since the middle ages. There’s little hope in that setup.

No, I don't think they are. I think they are experiencing a world now where their roles are no longer needed as much by women (ie. women can have careers of their own now) and there are some men out there who can't adapt to that. They claim inequality because of it when in reality the playing fields are coming closer to even.

Both sides still have things they need to have improve that is lopsided in the others favor, but overall men are not on the short end of the stick and still dominate in this world.

Since men lost their clear identity as breadwinners in the 1960s, they’ve become increasingly single, alienated and suicidal. At the same time, educational and economic performance has declined.

As Richard Reeves details in his successful new book, Of Boys and Men, many men have needed a positive message to map a strange new world that’s threatened to make them culturally redundant. Unfortunately, our institutions have instead contrived to discourage men from their infancy, which is partly why masculinity as we know it is dying.

Tales of "toxic masculinity" and the "oppressive patriarchy" permeate the education system and mainstream media, leading to ever-increasing misandry and demoralisation among young men. This insidious war on boys and men has been waging for years; as of now, no end is in sight.

So basically, you made me point for me. Those men have failed to adapt to a new world where those roles are not as needed as much. They still expect women to fill their "traditional" roles such as child rearing and being a homemaker while women want to explore other avenues. What you have are a bunch of men with weaponized incompetence who say they are unable or unwilling to do those roles in tandem with women.

That's your toxic masculinity right there. They believe they are only able to do one task as a provider/protector, and anything else is a woman's role.

I'm married and have kids. Pretty sure I won't be dying alone lmao

A useless retort from the defeated is all that is. It's ok. Only one of us is really alone now, isn't that true? If one of your other posts is to be believed anyway.

I’m better off single as opposed to a slave to a woman.

Tell yourself whatever you need to feel better. Truth is, if you were able to adapt, you wouldn't be seeing it as being a slave. Rather, you'd see it as being a partner to a woman instead. Instead, you regress to an infantalized version of masculinity and pout when you don't get your way and find someone who is willing to be a tradwife to you.

Kinda sad, but you do you.

🤣 as if someone would want to be with me an asexual conservative who hates marriage and women. 👍🏻 I live for myself. I don’t need a woman to be happy like these weak ass men out there who need a vagina to feel they have a purpose

Have been since about 1990 with a fee of those man bashing female daytime talk shows. But it Don't hurt me cause I know at 61 ain't no bitch I couldn't whip. F I r the record the last time I hit a girl I was nine and she was my sister. I have 4, all older. She hit me in the back and I just reacted. I never have hit a girl even after being slapped by quite a few just because they lost an argument, and two of the TOXIC females tried cracking my eggs. But me being a guy, saw it in their burning eyes and blocked them both. But that 18 year old gymnast put a deep purple bruise on my thigh the size of a football. She would have finished me.

We are facing a brief social trend. When the Crap hits the fan, from economic collapse, war or civil uprising as it inevitably will, women will cling to men like possums to mothers. This is all a charade, protected by government, courts and lawyers that men permit probably to secure more pussy.
