I had the understanding that "Trump Derangement Syndrome" was meant to point out that everybody has moved on from Trump and his drama and that he played no role in future politics anymore, so why waste your time on him, right? Nooow... since there are enough MAGA maniacs active to again nominate him as the GOP presidential candidate and his grievances, threats and ramblings are again on the airwaves, the whole "people deluded with TDS" concept was wrong from the very beginning!

and neither has the same been true of me, being like Him. it is a curse to trust in man. don't follow a man following the Savior to God, but instead follow the Savior to God directly, that we not like Him may serve to assist only in rerouting each other to Him directly for everyone's sake, God willing?

this one is the only reliable means of knowing the objective truth for certain. as this question is regarding freedom from delusion, this verse cuts right to the point rather than being distracted tangentially
