I think that is a classic case of unfair dismissal, the employer in hand had no reason to fire you unless you breached any rules and were warned a number of times, which you clearly weren't. The fact that she made you sign a resigning letter further strengthens my statement that she knew she was letting you go under unfair terms, if I was you I'd let her have a piece of your mind because at this stage I don't think you can get your job back, I'm really sorry to hear that happened to you because being introverted isn't a reason to fire someone... I think it's judgmental and unprofessional of the employer

It sucks, but that's just how business works. The lower the position the more expendable you are.
You never see tubby guys working at Abercrombie & Fitch. There was a big girl who worked at the gym I go to, and once new management came in, she magically disappeared. I can only assume it was because of her weight.
Yeah it's unfair, but you should consider the other job offer.
Unfair, yes, but that is the way of the world. If you might be able to get it back, you could give it a shot and say you'll work on improving, that they're making a mistake. And try to interact more socially.

That does sound bad. You should of been given 2/3 months at least. I hope you get another job soon!
