If so, what are your plans for it?
+1 yMen's mental health yes that is what June is about. Fuck pride month they don't need a month to celebrate the fact like to take it up the ass or rub their vaginas together. Men's mental health is very important and I have spent the last 7 June's talking to various men and helping them if they need it. I generally end it with a big dinner/lunch for the local law enforcement, paramedics, firefighters, sanitation workers, garbage folks and a couple others. Typically takes a week-10 days. I'll buy out an entire restaurant for an afternoon or evening

+1 yNovember is more widely recognized for men’s health awareness because of International Men’s day. I tend to be a proponent more than most though.
We don’t give mental health issues enough attention in the US in general, let alone for men, the disposable sex.11 Reply- +1 y
That and the fact the lgbt freaks stole June because they wanted everyone to celebrate them for liking to take it up the ass or rub their vaginas together.

+1 yNo. I think it's all nonsense and I don't like all the weird gay shit
33 Reply- +1 y
What's the difference between the weird shit and the normal shit?
- +1 y
@GOLDFISH_smile I see parades of gays walking around naked with sex toys and dildos in major cities while this is acceptable in public now. Meanwhile these gays say we just want to get married and live in peace then you force all this bs in our face. I hate the degeneracy and decadence that these sexual ingrates celebrate. Be gay in private and just stfu about it.
Men's mental health... It's a fucking scam. Every day is some awareness mental health shit nowadays and guess what people are more mentally ill than ever especially young people. I'm thinking not talking about this shit and keeping teenagers away from technology is the best way to mitigate this shit. - +1 y
Well shit I wish we could do a naked parade over here lol it's way too hot to be walking all dressed up. But fr wow do you really want everybody to keep their "sex lives" and mental health secret? You know that makes it worse right, and we'd probably have to do away with marriage altogether bc it's partly a big ceremony to say ur gonna fuck this person forever, and then you wear rings that everybody can see all the time that say partly the same thing. Lol a lot of life is relevant to your "sex life" and by that I mean your love life, bc love is very central to life and community. If there actually are any naked sex toy parades, which I doubt, you could easily just look at the mapped route they will take and avoid it for that maybe 1 whole hour of the day. If there's a mental health seminar or an ad for therapy on your feed, you can just keep scrolling. I really don't see how it's such a big deal since nobody is forcing anybody to participate...

pride is a major cardinal sin! they should pick a different emphasis.
November was designated Christian Heritage Month i will celebrate that.

u +1 yNeither. June is the month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
00 Reply 353 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Nope, that's a fringe religious holiday. Only satanic extremists celebrate it.

+1 yIronic that mens mental health month fall in the same month as Pride. Since Trans people have a mental disorder
13 Reply- +1 y
Not ironic at all actually, since men are also more likely to have mental disorders, and that's literally the point of having a month for it to try and raise awareness and encourage them to get help.. 🤷♀️
- +1 y
Right. And there are more trans women than trans men.
- +1 y
I don't think that's true, but if it is don't think it's relevant? Pride doesn't mean non lgbt people shouldn't also be hapy being themselves, and men's ment health doesn't mean women shouldn't also be aware of mental health too. This is just a month for special focus for the groups that normally get kinda overlooked or negative treatment about that kinda shit yknow? Men should have a month bc of all that bullshit like "be a man" and "real men don't cry"

+1 yNo, when is Heterosexual Straight month celebrated?
03 Reply- +1 y
What would that month be about? Like what would the goal of it be? Awareness? Inclusion? Both those are pretty well covered for straight people..
- +1 y
Let me rephrase... Why do we only have celebrations for minorities... if we're really trying to be inclusive?
- +1 y
Because we want to promote awareness and 8nclusion of groups that have been historically overlooked and excluded? In most cases that's minorities. There are cases where it's not, like men's mental health month. Men aren't a minority they're half, but they're still overlooked on mental health.

1 yI have no idea how to celebrate them one because I'm weirded out by it the other because is it really a celebration are you like yeah point at a person let's get wasted your mentality unstable 😭
06 Reply- 1 y
It doesn't have to be a party lol, u could just hang out with friends who apply & let them know u care about them. & with men's mental health it doesn't have to be bad. Every man has mental health, whether he's in good shape or bad. Hang out with some guy friends & have a good time, do something good for mental health maybe (friends is already good for it) like go on a hike or play basketball or something. Or just message them let them know u hope they have a good day. Basic shit anything counts. U can donate $10 to a charity that supports the group if u rlly don't wanna do anything personal for it. :)
- 1 y
I don't know anyone in the first category and I see most mental health things as an issue mine is quite one anyways but I don't care about it i would get mad if a guy phoned me up acting like that I'd rather bach your being pathetic now let's go BBQ a cow 😋
- 1 y
There u go, get some friends together to BBQ a cow! Awesome idea.

You're a strange little goldfish, cute though 😜

+1 yno. a day would be fine. a month is unconscionable.
019 Reply- +1 y
Why would a day be okay but not a month? You don't have to celebrate for the whole month, you can just pick one day in the month to do it personally.
- +1 y
Because there's way more important memorial days. I think an entire month for pride cause you're gay is too much.
- +1 y
It's not because people are gay, it's bc people shouldn't have to be ashamed and scared to show who they really are.
- +1 y
Yeah. Gay being one of these things they shouldn't be ashamed of. I just picked an Alexa mole. And I'm not surprised you focussed on correcting a tiny technicality rather than addressing the huge Elefant in the room that is the fact that this is an entire month while other way more important memorials only get one day.
- +1 y
*example... Not Alexa mole. Wtf auto correct
- +1 y
You act like it's some frivolous party when it's got real reason to exist. As for there being more important things to celebrate, are you sure they don't also have a month already? Maybe an example of what memorials you're talking about would be good. A lot of people in this question apparently didn't know it was men's mental health month even
- +1 y
how i act has nothing to do with the facts we're talking about. what "month i already have" are you speaking about?
- +1 y
Sorry, I meant how you are speaking in your replies, not how you act irl. I don't know what month you're talking about, can you give me example of one of the things you were talking about that you said was more important than what June is about rn?
- +1 y
how about independence "day". or martin luther king "day". is pride month really 30 times more important than these days?
- +1 y
There is a whole month for black history, and 4th of July is celebrated all month basically lol. But officially it is just 1 day ur right. Maybe you could start a petition or something to make it a whole month, since you feel strongly about it?
- +1 y
well i would say black history actually is that important as opposed on how you decided how you prefer your sex life which litterally nobody stops you from anyway.
- +1 y
starting a petition is pointless, cause that fascist movement cancels everyone and threatens or enacts violence on whomever is peacefully disagreeing with them.
- +1 y
You can't decide your gender or sexuality that kind of part of the reason the month is here to help awareness for misconceptions like that. And wym nobody is trying to stop you? It's illegal in many countries still, and some places in the US are trying to make it illegal again. I think a month is appropriate. What fascist movement are you talking about tho? Pretty sure the fascists currently active would fucking love to expand 4th of July into a whole month.
- +1 y
oh you don't wanna say that on a pride march. you may be beaten up if you claim that you can't decide your gender.
- +1 y
Why the fuck would anyone at pride beat me up—especially for saying you can't chose your gender? What do you think saying that means, that I'm threatening to kill the nearest person to me? Lol it's just a fact & even relevant to pride & myself. I literally saw someone wearing a shirt with similar phrase at a pride event yesterday.
- +1 y
well go ahead. go to a pride march and tell people that you think you can't choose your gender. i bet there's a bunch of transsexuals who really beg to differ violently.
their entire point is that you can decide your gender and your sexual orientation at any point. facts like genes and genitals don't matter to them. - +1 y
Uh... that's bullshit lol. You clearly have never spoken to a "transsexual" in real life. Or even online or I would have already told you that's bullshit lol. "The entire point" is that you should be free to choose to be yourself. Yourself, who you are, isn't a choice. It's not something that can or should try to be forced to change. THATS what pride is about, celebrating/promoting freedom to be who you are and love who you love, without fear.
- +1 y
yeah. if it's bullshit, go and do it. tell me how it went.
- +1 y
I just told you I saw someone do that yesterday and literally nothing happened, except some people agreeing with them lol. I think i know what trans people think a little better than you since I actually am one and am friends with some irl.

07 Reply- +1 y
I wonder what emotion God felt when he looked at all he had created on the 6th day and saw that it was good...

What do you think "pride" means?
