Why is it normal for a story that takes place in another world to only have white and Asian characters, but "political agenda" if they are all black?

Thats exaclty what i mean. there was another question why charecters in anime look european if they are Asian, and that person couldn't understand that neither of these continents existed in this fictional universe. So they can look however the author wants them to look.
