Which is not to say there are not significant paternity problems. It does seem that suspicious presumed fathers have moderate accuracy at about 30%. False paternity is estimated at 10% in Australia and 30% in the US in a feminist paper I read. It was quite good in technical details though it's conclusion that false paternity was not much of a problem was somewhat disingenuous.
I think it is quite impossible to ban paternity tests. If there is one laboratory in the world that will run tests than presumed fathers who want 'peace of mind ' as the phrase goes can get the test done via mail. In my country the presumed father can request a DNA test on divorce and his name will be removed from the birth certificate if he is not.
There are companies that can do paternity tests during pregnancy that advertise their 'peace of mind' services. The cat is well out of the bag and it should be embraced as a ritual of impending parenthood.00 Reply

No feminists are not wanting to ban DNA testing. If they need to prove a man is the father to get child support of course they would do that (logically).
Let me debunk the rest…. I’m sure at least ONE woman in this country and around the world struggled with a murder, cold case, tragedy, etc. that had to do with the loss of a daughter, loss of a wife, loss of a niece, loss of a grandmother, mother, girlfriend…. And DNA testing helps find those monsters then bring them to justice. Every woman understands that and wants that to be upheld.
I don’t go around saying “Andrew Tate fans sure wish women didn’t come with tits or else they wouldn’t be able to control themselves” or whatever Leftist BS I could cook up…. What I will say is, that is what you are doing with this post. It is ridiculous, baseless, distasteful, and dumb also weird as Hell.
Advice: Don’t get your news from Joe Rogan if you see whoever he brings on as ‘ambassador’ for ONE GROUP. One woman speaking, doesn’t stand for all. That I’m sure of. Same goes for men because Joe Rogan is definitely not an ambassador I’d want making us look like Dodo birds who should’ve went extinct a long time ago.

If you want fairness you should behave fair and I think a guy should know if he is the father or he isn't, otherwise he could assume and stop being a father for a child. Because some things which are important in well development of child can't be forced by law and this little bit money from child support isn't everything.

No, DNA testing should not be banned. Like any test results, though, it must be verifiable and repeatable, and be only one piece of evidence. It would be wrong to make complicated decisions (like paternity or guilt/innocence) only on a DNA test.

No, It should be mandatory at birth, like what Tennessee is doing. Cause unlike women, who are guaranteed to be the mother of their children, there is no guarantee with men. And Those that stand against this support paternity fraud, and shit stain worthless cheating thots.

In this particular regard, women have no rights other than to also know the truth because sometimes they don't even know who the father is.

No… I think it should be mandatory before a father’s name is placed on the birth certificate. The man who’s on my birth certificate isn’t my biological father. I can only imagine how many men are being screwed by the system for the same exact reason.

It should not be banned any more than it should be made mandatory. The government shouldn't control people's personal or family medical decisions.
00 Reply 4.4K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. They already did in France and it is a travesty. The government should not have that kind of authority.
