His body, his choice. His religion, too, for that matter; an eight-day-old boy is not a Jew, or a Muslim, or a member of any other religion, organized or otherwise.

Frankly, if your god tells you to sexually mutilate your newborn son, then your god sucks. Find a better one.

Yes, I was glad my parents had me snipped. My father had to get it done later in life and it was very painful.

Unless it's needed for health of the child, no. "Cleanliness" doesn't count when you can just teach him how to wash it. You don't give kids permanent hair removal Lazer treatment just because it keeps their scalp cleaner—you just teach them how to wash their hair.

That’s a tough one and I’m leaning more towards no!! I’m circumcised and I wish more than anything I wasn’t I hate it to my core and wish I could have had the choice. For me I want my foreskin!

Definitely yes. Parents are responsible upto the age of 18. If the culture, religion, custom calls for circumcision, then yes.
