It all started when Trump threatened new terrifs on Canada and said he wants to make them our 51st state. This lead to an increase in the already present anti-American sentiment in Canada, which lead to Canadian supporters booing our national anthem, which in turn lead to some trash talking between USA and Canadian players, which ultimately lead to a series of fist fights between USA and Canada, all within 9 seconds of game time.

I'm just surprised because the match took place in Montreal and Québecers like Americans.

The booing of the anthem has been going on for weeks. Most Canadians like Americans. We just didn't want to become Americans. Talk of Canada becoming a 51st state is beyond idiotic. It is true most Canadians are unworthy of a place on that flag, much less a say in North America as its juvenile attitude and colonial treatment of its supposed members demonstrates.

Canada isn't a real country but a hate based empire because what unites the Canada elite is little more than a thinly veiled anti-Americanism. Trudeau's maple leaf rag is a reflection of that fact.

Gone was the British ensign that truly united and created Canada in her brittish heritage and loyalty to that Empire for which she went to war to defend many times.

In its place the present canadain flag a simple Maple leaf of a treat that only grows in South eastn Canada and across the eastern united States.
