Do you think in 10-20 years the kids today will be saying the 2010s and 2020s was the best times?

I know it sounds weird. But every generation misses its childhood. How it was oh so much better then today. Even millennials and Gen Zers are cracking on generation alpha now.

No doubt. People are going to be super nostalgic about things like minecraft or Helldivers 2 for starters. There is also generational trauma such as Covid19 and Trumps presidency which is going to bind people together and make them more attached to the people who can empathize with their own experiences.

Then we have a societal shift such as what is probably going to happen with AI or other transformative technologies or developments where people born before it will probably prefer how things used to be before the change.

If your were born then a lot of people say that the 80s was the best times. Most people unless they have a rotten childhood live their best years when they are young and carefree. As well as see the the world in rose colored glasses

I did not like my childhood. I had moments of happiness but the problems were more common than the pleasures.

For me I doubt it. My adult life aged 25 plus has been a lot better than my school life and my teenage years

I don’t really know what the future hold for me but so far ny twenties have been a lot better than my school teenage years.
I know I am paying for myself a lot more now financially but that doesn’t bother me because I earn enough and I don’t live alone so not struggling financially.
