When it comes to sexual assault of women, how much do men actually care about this issue in western society?

If my friend, family member, girlfriend, or even a colleague was sexually assaulted I would personally show my support & comfort them also be there to give advice to help them further.

All I know is, if I was violated or treated like shit, I would want support from those that care about me and my safety, so why would I deprive someone else of that support and care?

i think maybe like 97% think rape, assault, etc and all that is bad. but i think a lot men dont think it happens that much or that it's not that much of an issue in western countries anymore, so they dont care too much

there's men making fun of a statue thats been getting groped in Ireland.
the whole bear vs man debacle had some giving out death threats to women who picked bear, hoping they'd get raped etc.
a lot of men don't care and downplay it.

Western society? If Finland is western then there rape is no big deal. Tax evasion is a way bigger crime than sexually assaulting a woman. So much for western society.
