No generally. But murder or something like that is different.

People like to hang on to things including about myself when I was a child/teenager. I wasn’t an angel but not the worst either. I still feel guilty but I know some of the older neighbors never let something’s go. A lot of them thought I would be going to jail/prison. I changed and probably zoomed right past their kids in terms of success in the world, probably because I had street smarts, ambition and drive.

Just go on and live your life and forget about them.

Depends what it is, as a child I usually knew right from wrong, but if someone came up to me and told me I hurt them in some way my first instinct is to feel for them.
