What's really weird is you can see the cop go through a thought process. Camera, reporter, fuck you, shoot.

The reality is as chaotic as it is you are safe with from other protesters. It's the cops who are shedding blood and pain. As much as the cops use "less then lethal devices" like a rubber bullet that will cave in your face on any mask a protester uses, while a protesters throw a rock at a helmet Kevlar wear or use a leaf blower on smoke grenade that is none lethal when cops use but now is lethal force after protesters counter it.

The cops are the agitation force. If you punch someone in the face retaliation is an expected outcome. Go fucking figure.

Thank goodness it wasn't in Palestine or an Israeli sniper would have deliberately shot her in the head. That's what they do to journalists, medical workers, women and children.

They detained a few reporters as well. Thats why I dont believe anyone who is saying the protesters made the first move. Otherwise pictures from news would show that. But you only see nationalmguard or po ice forces being the aggressors.

Reporters know what they are getting into. Reporters in war zones get shot and even killed. At least these are rubber or foam bullets. Not a big deal. If a reporter doesn't want to take those kind of chances they should stick to reporting on kitty cats that get stuck in trees.

I think the officer that did the shooting should be punished for his criminal act, she was doing her job reporting for the news and not a threat to anyone but was fired upon with out just cause. There is no justification for his act of abuse and assault on an unarmed person clearly not posing a threat.
