Not arbitrary. At the same time scam calls are so rampant i can see a whole federal crime agency to investigate the receiving transaction with no fees going to the one paying.

Like a 3 day cool down law with guns but flagged potential scams. Something screwy happens the federal police gives back the money to the buyer and fully investigate the receiving party. It honestly is getting that bad.

I had "police" tell me I missed jury duty and a real judges name I could look up put a concept of court warrant for my arrest. So they called me to pay my bail before I went to the police station to say I never got the letters. They also had the right accent for my area too.

It's getting spooky for someone who knows their shit about this stuff. Fucking couldn't imagine being a decade older.

No I don't. I'm not saying they shouldn't exercise due diligence, they absolutely should do that. But at the end of the day it's not their money.
