Last fuck up, I mean meaningless trade war, 92% of agriculture tariff revenue went back to farmers as a bailout. Their original export markets looked elsewhere for produce & those markets have NEVER recovered. In other words, "a lot of sound and fury signifying nothing" but farmers getting HAMMERED and it will be MUCH worse this time around.

Any money for a bailout might be spent on refunding all the tariffs if the Supreme Courts confirm previous lower courts rulings as expected. Just as former allies and top trading partners Mexico, Canada and China have recently reporting a surge in exports and new free trade deal signings.

With new trade deals there also comes new opportunities. We have had a sudden rise in the price of beef. This is due to the fact foreign countries are buying beef from the US. The price will drop once the beef production is stepped up. The same thing will happen with other agricultural products.

Economics is a complicated process. There can be unintended consequences during the process.

President Trump is staying the course, putting America First and bringing jobs back ot America. It will take longer that 6 months but at the end of his term the economy will be much better off than it was 4 tears ago. The middle class will be reinvigorated withwages rising faster than the rate of inflation.
