Do you think Antarctica could become the new America in the future?

I'm talking about a continent of enormous size, covering 13 million square kilometers. It's a continent larger than the United States in terms of area. Due to its age and past biodiversity, it possesses virgin natural resources formed by fossils; I estimate it contains various minerals, including oil and natural gas deposits. These glaciers are melting every day due to global warming, and one day the area will become habitable. Do you think that these lands, which have remained untouched for centuries, could create a new living space and opportunities with an overseas wave of migration, as is the case today?

Furthermore, could it become a superpower on the international stage, seen as an attractive and new opportunity area by the capitalists that shapes the world, like the United States, which has surpassed many civilizations in just 250 years? What are you basing this on? Because that's how it's always been in history! Remember, another example of this was the Australian continent. It was no different from an empty landmass.

Even Africa is developing. New homes and workplaces are being built. Even companies from my country are moving there. It is becoming more livable every day. Why not?
