Do you think there is any evidence other than the words of a liar?

Trump has murdered over 70 people in the Caribbean Sea who were traveling in small boats. Trump has slandered his victims as drug smugglers, but there is absolutely no evidence to support this. Trump just said it, and some people here at least have decided that it must be true because Trump said it, even though Trump is a liar.

So, what's it going to be? Do you just depend on the words of a liar and believe them, or do you depend on the fact that there's no evidence and there should be? If in fact there was evidence, Trump would be parading it through the streets of New York to prove that what he did was OK. It wasn't OK.

It's not about what Trump says, it's about how we failed in the prior govt. Drugs, border issues... the drug issue is a cover story to handle the mass influx of people from venezuela, kick out the prez and stabilize it, so we can get the oil flowing and make some money as well. Its win win win win for everyone once mission complete, assuming it doesn't go real bad.

I've heard the boats confirmed as running drugs, but feel free to call your congress person. I heard that direct from congressman (Democrat) whom is on the inteliigence committee. Yes they are drug boats.

But most of the drugs come from other countries per their reports... columbia, etc..

The boat at the center of the "kill them all" controversy wasn't even going to the US according to Adm. Frank Bradley. It was meeting up with another boat going to Suriname. It looks like they are blowing up suspected drug runners for fun in a shoot first ask questions later type of justice.

I think the narrative has shifted after the last oversight hearing. The Democrats don't seem to be questioning whether they're drug runners anymore, now they're questioning whether Trump has the authority to order attacks on them without congressional support. I'm thinking the oversight committee was briefed on intelligence and quickly shifted their stance. That's what they and people like you get for believing everything you hear.

What I will do i wait until next year and see how many drug deaths that we have. In 2024 we had over 80,000 deaths due to drug ODs. After President Trump closed the southern border we had a %24.5 decrease from the year before. I expect even more of a decline in 2026.

Of course he doesn't want to hear it because if he heard it, he would have to admit that it were true or lie to himself as well as lying to the rest of us.

It is indeed a lie. Venezuela was warned it they try to smuggle fentanyl into the US they will not like the outcome. I would think after the first 2 or 3 strikes they would stop. I have no sympathy for them.

So does that mean that any Venezuelan fisherman who decides to take a boat out to catch fish should be killed by the US Navy? Because some other Venezuelans may be smuggled some drugs possibly? Is that what you're saying?

an open boat with three of four outboard motors moving at 30-40 knots towards the US is not after marlin.

Oh yeah, people with multiple outboard motorists are definitely drug dealers. I hate to tell you this but people have multiple outboard motors because of redundancy. If you get caught in the open sea in a powerboat such as these little ones and your engine quits, you're in deep deep trouble. You are likely to die out there. That's why these boats have multiple motors. God the links to which you will go to make up reasons why these people must be drug Smugglers.

What? You also don't realize and you would realize if you did some extremely simple calculations is that these boats don't carry enough fuel to make it to the US. It is over 1,000 nautical miles. Do you know how far that is and how long that takes? Even at 40 knots the boat will run out of fuel long before it ever gets here. And guess what? In the middle of the sea there are no gas stations.

I would estimate about 2-3 hours. In 2-3 hours, how far do you think it can go? Also, where exactly is the photograph showing the three or four motors on the boat, or is that something you just made up along with Trump?

I have not heard anyone be able to give me evidence that there were fishermen on this boat

And multiple known liars has stated there was fishermen on the boat, without evidence, so I’m inclined to not believe them. I do not think there are any evidence other than the words of liars that there were fishrmen on the boat.

Well, nobody prosecuted them for being fishermen or killed them, but where is the evidence that they were drug dealers? Is there any evidence at all other than Trump's big mouth?

I never said there were evidence of them being drug dealers? I said I’m not trusting the words of liars, the people who claim there were fishermen in that boat without evidence and ai have seen lying in the past.

I don't think you get it. Nobody is required to give you evidence that there were fishermen on the boat. Someone is required to give you evidence that there were drug dealers on the boat, and of course, nobody can do that, including yourself. People normally go out in boats to fish. People normally do not go out in boats to smuggle drugs.

When you are sailing along in a small boat on the sea, chances are that you're either a refugee or a fisherman. People that deal drugs do not normally go out in the middle of a large ocean in a small boat.

Nobody has to give you evidence of something as common and easy as this. How about nobody's given me any evidence that there were no drug smugglers on any of those boats or any drugs?

What's telling is that most cases are not disputed or protested specifically by most other countries.

So far US is accused of killing two fishermen. Not ten nor 70.

This wouldn't make shooting two innocent bystanders a Ok though.

You speak as if the absolute numbers make any difference. I guarantee you that the family of just one of those fishermen is mourning and in great distress over the death of that man. That's true for every person murdered by the United States recently.

Based on the statements of trump and hedgepeth, the US has killed over 80 fishermen not two. These men are both persistent liars but in regard to this matter I would take their word for it.

Its worth noting that in the disputed case on contrary the vessel was not trying to get away nor was it a high speed muscle boat.

What makes you think it was drug smugglers, and why would you believe that? Just because Trump said it? I have sailed in that area and I have seen these boats many, many times. You know what? They all contain fishermen or they occasionally contain people that are smuggling immigrants somewhere. Other than that, there's nothing going on there and there's no drug trade. And if there was a drug trade, I can tell you it sure as hell wouldn't be in a small boat that could easily flood or sink anyway.

Additional motors do not make you go faster. You would know this if you knew anything about boats at outboard motors and even if it does make it go faster. So what? It's not like you're going to outrun a missile or a coast guard cutter. These people are not stupid like that. I think it's for the sake of redundancy because these engines are probably not all that reliable and you certainly do not want to run out of power out in the middle of the ocean.

Yeah I know they do and that is for redundancy. You lose a motor out there and you've got real trouble. Besides which, even these people are not stupid enough to believe that you can outrun a missile.

Probably initially they are, but after a while they're going to figure out that more motors doesn't equal more speed necessarily and they can't achieve the speed necessary to outrun anyone anyway. So they're going to come up with something else like I don't know. Maybe mounting a machine gun on the front of it or something. Anything to deter somebody who's chasing them. Actually in that part of the world where I've done some sailing, the people that do the chasing are people on seriously fast Coast guard boats. You can't outrun them.

Ah, the question of faith. As seen through his actions and my own experiences, I am of the belief that Trump is a protector and a leader of his family. It is the reason in which I choose to believe what he says. Sure, he's human and capable of sin. But I have faith that he is doing what is best for this country.
