Mass shooter kills hundreds of people. Then another hundred cops but somehow gets stopped but needs medical attention. The cops would be obliged to take them to the doctors and mass murder should get treatment them to face justice.

Here's the thing don being a rapist and ice killing random people. The ethical duty is already broken so who's going to be the last one holding the bag? If you can't hold this ethical tapestry to your own standards dip sooner then later.

Absolutely yes. It is completely unethical and probably should be illegal to not treat these patients because you don't like their politics.

Believe it or not there was a time when they didn't even know or care what political affiliation a patient was.

How do they find that out about a person anyway? I don't think they can unless the patient starts making remarks about the left or right in front of the medical professional taking care of them. See, I don't open my big mouth about it at my doctor's office like I do on GaG. So how would they know?

They probably do a background check into their patients who they have on record and refuse to treat those who are aligned politically with republicans
