Do you think all American born citizens should have free health care and naturalized immigrants should too? Would that encourage immigrants to apply and assimilate? Do you think we should stop spending so much money on the military? Also, why are so many conservatives pro-military but they are pro limited government? Why would a conservative join they military if the military literally owns you?

I think health care should be a global right. no human goes without health care. solves a lot of problems.

However, that means a basic level of care for free, paid for by the IMF which inflates all currencies to pay for it. global money.

Then anything above that, endowments are setup to help people fund more severe care for special needs. everyone else has o pay into a global program to fund their care. any visit to a Dr. is only a co pay to show up. all costs paid for by global govt fund.

All people are required to be healthy. If they smoke, drink, get fat... they are fed to sharks, saves everyone else a lot of $ and motivates them to stay healthy.

All people required to learn healthy eating and habits as part of education.

The kids should be taken care of in order of A) prayer B) environmental and food health review to remove contaminants C) by way of govt support and then endowmeants and donations.

you hvae a point, it depends. I went to one that was awful. and I've seen good. I just mean it's more effective as a person can get to a doctor, get xrays and such and get fixed up. Got a nagging problem... takes 30 phonecalls and months to get on a schedule and often a waste of time. sometimes have to wait months or years for the actual surgery.

Can't do a background check when your bleeding out. That's why we have Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA). So we do have universal healthcare in the most ass backwards expensive way possible. Basically anyone legal citizen or not just don't pay for ER bills until you die. The federal government foots the bill.

So in reality we save money helping everyone before it's an emergency. On top of all the government jobs getting healthcare benefits already making our government paying 3/4th of all medical spending.
