Did the war between the U. S. and Iran end up benefiting Russia? Can Russia now sell its oil at higher prices—has its position become stronger?

In short term yes, Russia will make more money with oil and gas exports. In long term probably not, since Iran is a huge oil exporter. Depending on the outcome of this conflict, there is possibility that western sanctions on Iran's oil will be lifted and Iran can sell oil to normal prices without greedy middlemen. Of course another competitor on the market isn't good for Russia.
Generally Russian Air defense turned out to be ineffective in Ukraine and proved in Iran that's in useless. I think this short benefit of higher oil prices won't compensate credibility loss for Russian arms industry. Nobody will order Russian air defense after this epic fail
I think those two factors can be less beneficial for Russia.
That was one major aspect of the war, yes. The a main idea was to eliminate the shadow energy network between Venezuela, Iran, Russia, and China. Now Venezuela, Russia, and soon Iran will sell oil at market value, and China will no longer be able to cheat the system. They have to pay market price now and compete on a level playing field. That's not the only angle that way played, but it is a big part of the play.

You didn't see what was happening? US applied pressure to Panama and ports were transferred from a Chinese Hong Kong company to a US company. This was part of a play for how ships are flagged to smuggle good. US takes Nicolás Maduro and American companies move back into Venezuelan oil fields with funds going into American accounts for the benefit of Venezuelans and Americas taking the oil away from China and shrinking the energy shadow network. The US attacks Iran and eases sanctions on Russia allowing them to trade legally at market value. Iran is pressured on oil and the Strait of Hormuz which disrupted China's supply chain. The City of London forever war state sponsored terrorism system is exposed via Lloyd of London shipping insurance and oil & gas futures on the International Petroleum Exchange for everyone to see. NATO fails to aid the US in a war exposing their false alliance and commitment to that forever war state sponsored terrorism system they created to siphon off $15 a barrel from world energy markets. Now Iran might come to the table and make a deal over control of Kharg Island and the Strait of Hormuz with the US just like Venezuela did cutting out the City of London and stiffling China's play against the US. They fucked around in our hemisphere and now they are all paying the price. They know the rules of the Monroe Doctrine. They fucked around... Now they are finding out...

But you leftists are likes "the is no plan... there is no plan... Trump is doing crazy things"... This is grand strategy bitches.
As a result trillions of dollars are being moved to the US and being injected into our economy. You commies really don't even know what to look at let alone understand it when it is point out to you.
Temporarily yes. But even yesterday the price of oils went from $120 a barrel down to $80.
The price of oil is all about speculation. Wall Street sees a way to make money buy betting oil prices go higher… Trump then says we are making a deal with Iran and the speculators get scared and start betting the price will drop… and it does. Wall Street is the issue here.

Russia is limited by sanctions to whom it can sell oil to. China is ignoring sanctions and buys Russian oil. Yes, Russia can charge China more, but in the grand scheme of things, it's minimal. Russian income from oil is small compared to what it was before it invaded Ukraine and was sanctioned by the West.
1 Not really. 2 yes. To china that used to pay less. 3 no because it needs many war drones from iran. Russia lacks computer ingredients to build them, so "iran industry destroyed" hurt Russia very badly.
Yup. Putin gets a monetary lifeline and renewed friendship with China. The USA gets weaker and further in debt. tRump is truly a stable genius.
Bingo Trump is paying big prices for Russia oil to help putin when his war
Nope. It vindicated Russia for not trusting the Western system.
President Trump is going to find peace with Vladimir Putin or his replacement.
It was kind of the best timing we were gonna get. Putin was busy with Ukraine so we snuck in the back door and fucked his bitch.
The countries that can no longer purchase oil from Iran need to find a new supplier. Those suppliers can charge more because their competition is decreased.
Russia and China lost their biggest 2 allies in what? 5 weeks? They were net importers. Sure Russia will continue to sell oil to the traitors in Europe but Europe is trying to make oil illegal so...
No, Iran is a massive supplier of their and China's oil. Their economy is going to suffer big time for this.
Russia always seems like a forgotten thing nowadays
I mean nowadays the world only focuses on China and the USA and the Middle East 🌍
The real winner is gonna be China. brace yourselves for the Chinese century folks!
Nope. We don’t get any of our oil from Iran. We get all of our oil domestically thanks to Trump.
Trump's intention because he's PUKEtin's b***h!!!
Putin is laughing all the way to his safe
