1. It is still pissed off that Iranians kicked out the brutal, U. S. puppet dictator, Shah Pahlavi, and made the U. S. look bad.
2. The U. S. wants Iran's resources.
3. Israel has a blood feud against Iran for its support for those who resist Israeli expansion and genocide.
4. Israel continued to attack Iran and when Iran responded, Israel called on the U. S. for assistance.
5. Trump is Bibi's bitch.
6. Everything was fine before the U. S. attacked Iran. But Iran responded in multiple ways that surprised the dumb asses in Washington and made the U. S. look really bad. Trump's reputation is now on the line and his ego is bruised, so he thinks he can intimidate Iran into accepting a deal that will make him look good. But Iran is not going to roll over and accept a bad deal.

The way to end the conflict is to let Iran and its allies crush Israel. Israel is and always has been the problem. It has been run by psychopathic, genocidal terrorists since day one while falsely claiming that it is defending itself against antisemites.
As long as the U. S. continues to back it up, Israel will never end its brutal aggression.

The situation in the Middle East has been going on for the better part of the past century. You can't 'solve' this in a couple of weeks or months. It's also based on important cultural and religious differences.

However, if you look at the demands that the US has made on Iran regarding ceasing hostilities, those demands are so onerous and controlling that any Iranian Premier who agreed to them would be promptly assassinated. The demands that the US has made essentially amount to a surrender.

Likewise, the demands that Iran has made, or at least the concessions that Iran has demanded, would essentially be viewed as weakness and a surrender on the part of the US. No US politician would agree to them, for that matter, even though an assassination would probably not be the likely result. November 4, 1979 and it went on so long and we finally got the hostages back. They are close to getting nuclear technology. I ran. We had to put a stop to it because we don’t trust that country. With all the problems that we’ve been having with Iran through out the years. It’s not about the oil it’s about nuclear technology and Iran gaining it because they will eventually nuke us and we can’t have that and they will also nuke other countries they’re unstable and they always have been.
