You don't lose or gain any sleep. Time exists in nature. MEASURING time is just a human invention. I literallt slept the same amount of hours I always sleep😂

Whatever, for the first time in my life in my area there's no clock change. I noticed that my body was so used to it that i perceived time differently still.
Finally, winters will not come with pitch black 5p. m.
Brits rioted in the 1750s when they realigned the calendar that had been slipping away from normal seasonal patterns or something 'Give us back our 11 days'.
Or something like that.
If you got a job , and you get up at same hour , you loose an hour , unless you sleep an hour earlier..
If like me , none of that matters then you don't , but most people do.
Let's say I get up at 8, I still got up at what would normally be 8
Then you loose an hour..
Unless you made it up night before because the clocks go forward at 2am
Hence - 1 hour
It's not rocket science you loose an hour.
I set my clock back after I woke up
Oh my gosh. Nevermind
Exactly, it ISN'T😂
This hurt my brain... Cause you do... Tell ya what you keep a clock that doesn't reset automatically and then try go to work at the time that clock states or catch a plane or whatever you'll find out thy answer to your question.
This is not rocket science.
Your job is such that you have to get up at 6 AM every morning. So this morning you get up thinking it's 6 AM, but you notice on your phone that it's really 5 AM. You now get to sleep an extra hour.
I have an idea for you Mr KK. Don't show up for work on Monday and see whether time is important.
I don't know what that has to do with it
Because your body clock can be adversely affected because of the time change.
