Flirting to the next level? I want to pin her to the wall... but no kiss!

A co-worker and I have been flirting for about 2-3 months now, and I have this feeling like I should do something spontaneous and flirtatious. Any tips?

I am technically her boss and usually I work in one area and she works in the other and sometimes its just us 2 there for hours and no customers. She sometimes comes to my area and should be at hers instead.

So I was thinking the next time she is around I would go up to her, and slowly pin her arms above her head to the wall, gently but firm, and then pretend as if I am going in for a kiss but I don't instead I tell her in her ear to go back to her area and do her work, then let go and walk away...

Or should I just kiss her? lol

Help me flirt the way girls really want to be flirted with! Pwease ^^

UPD: I see her Friday afternoon, maybe I'll be extra flirtatious just to be really sure before trying this out, or something like this


I have made her blush several times and we definitely have eye contact, I just don't know if that is too strong of a move


See from my perspective it would be great if a girl I flirted with one day just turned around and kissed me or pulled me into her for a kiss, or if I'm sitting down, walk up to me sit on top, legs wrapped and just give me this crazy kiss

So your idea is great but make sure she has the same feelings so you won't regret it... She will love it when you do it if she likes you like I liked that guy... but instead of telling her to go back to her area tell her something like: "what brings you here? (in a flirty way of course) " or something similar... because if you tell hell go back to her job she's going to probably over analyze and take it the wrong way like you don't wanna see her again or something...

So do it if u're sure! go with your instincts and please make sure to tell us what happens when you do it :D

wowww... that sounds hot. but to do something as extreme as that you need to be REALLY sure she likes you. and at least mostly sure she would take it well. the whole thing could backfire on you badly, particularly as your her boss. it's a risk, but man if I liked someone I woul LOVE them to do that to me. it's kind of a woman's fantasy you know? :p

A boss flirting with a worker is disgusting. Women do it because they want to reach the next career level. The bosses fall for it, because most of them are fugly, so they have no chance with other women outside the company. It's degrading for both of them, and for the company.
