Does it piss you off when athletes do stupid stuff out of immaturity/ego/arrogance/need for attention?

I'm talking about the guys that drop the football before they cross the line because they're "so cool" or the guy in the super bowl who ran on the field because he needed attention. Honestly if I was a coach and a player pulled something like that I'd try and get them fired or severely punished in some other way. I would have never let that guy sit back on the bench and watch the game like nothing happened I would have sent him to the locker room and then not sign him for the next season.

When you're trying to build a culture in a team that's about working hard and doing everything you can to win and then you have people like that on your team it's just not compatible. If that guy had even the smallest amount of the spirit I'm talking about then he would never have done what he did in a million years.

It's astounding how many athletes have the maturity of 12 year old's. your team has a goal and only one goal it's to win the game and you get the best seat in the house, you don't even have to play and you might get a ring if they win it for you. And this is how you contribute, this is how you support your team.

I'm not a Bengals fan and I wasn't really rooting for either team but stuff like this pisses me off. If you make a mistake on the field that happens but if you deliberately do something like this that's not acceptable.
