Now I reckon there must be lots of sports that tend to be fairly localised and don't travel well. Cricket is virtually unheard of in America and baseball isn't really played anywhere outside of the states.
So why are some sports easier to export than others and do you have any that outsiders might consider odd?
Baseball is pretty big in Latin America, Korea, and Japan. The season is shorter and international signings are less, but it's pretty big in those places. Japan is probably only slightly below MLB in skill level, and a lot of failing MLB players go there to polish their skills before returning to the US.

Why does that sound like a real awful term for cunnilingus
Here in the state of Missouri, we have mule nugget tossing contests (lumps of manure about 8 to 10cm). I've only seen it in photos in the newspaper. I don't know if other states have them. I'm not sure if they toss for distance or accuracy.
Maybe Paris should add it to the list. It's got to be more entertaining than some of the events n the Olympics. Of course, you'd have to watch out for the Russian judge who gives out scores so that Russian athletes win.
They have included a few activities that have no business being in the Olympics already so why not bog snorkeling. Nobody watches the Olympics anymore anyway.
