Taking a dive in boxing means to pretend to be knocked out by one's opponent.

We can all agree that Seldon took a dive but was the fight fixed from the start? Did Seldon get paid to go down... or do you think Seldon simply **** himself when Tyson came right at him and decided to take a dive?

Definitely looked like he was scared to fight Tyson.. Just the way he was moving around nervously, getting backed into corners multiple times.. I think he knocked himself down because he was scared.. Wanted the fight to be over as soon as possible..

Yep, get that paycheck too.. Lmao.. I know there's a thing in boxing today where people choose the opponents they know that can probably beat to earn that paycheck and have a good record.. So, it probably wasn't too far off here in terms of him choosing Tyson because he probably sold out more tickets and views causing a bigger pay out..

I'd say scared , and possibly rightly so , but he was also pretty dam keen to go down , one reason I'd never pay money to go to a boxing bout.
