Does anybody know how to charge this speaker?

I recently bought a iBastek speaker and accidentally threw away manual! So now I don’t know how to charge it. It came with a little black wire but I dont know where it goes the part that connects to speaker doesn’t even fit properly.

Silly gal. Look at the back or bottom of the speaker and look for a bunch of nonsensical looking numbers/letters. Look for something that says Model Number: [XXXXXXX] then go on Google and type "iBastek [model number] manual pdf" and you will see a manual for that exact product model. Look through it and you will see how it can be charged.

The DC 5V port seems to be the correct input for a micro USB charge cable.

Yeah but the charge cable doesn’t go all the way in. Right now I’m using an android charging wire and is connected to wall outlet and it goes in all the way but the light indicator is off.

Is the cable new? It could be that the connector clips are a little worn out and the connector doesn't lock in place. Or the female connector is not pushed all the way through. Do you have a model number for this one?
