i remember that movie!
@spartan55 Bullitt is a classic, it has one of if not the best car chase scenes in cinema history 😁
i think i prefer the chase scene in French Connection better. but im biased cause im a huge Gene Hackman fan ;)
1967 baby!! Back when a car was real and made of steal and metal instead of plastic and fiber glass.
The mustang is a muscle car. Supposed to be strong and form looking. (a man's man car.) Not the same rounded bubbly thing it has become
ohh i'd like to see you on the hood of one of these ;)
And that profile pic is damn sexy. Now I have something to do
I have drivin few models in my racing days. I had the chances to drive original and tunned and by far the srcond generation is the best. The first generation is in 2nd place and the rest are not even in the list.
I picked the 4th generation. It is the only one I ever drove. I drove all over the state of Georgia in the drop top.
and you liked it? fun times?
It was awesome. Definitely a fun ride. And the the speed limit was around 70/80 mph in most places.
what do you think of the third gen? no ones picking that one lol
Yeah, back in the day, it never drew my interest. But when I was walking through the Hertz lot in Atlanta, I saw the drop top and went back inside and got it.

I rode around as a passenger in a later model Mustang and didn't find it very comfortable or all that impressive. Maybe it's better for just the driver.
well its definitely not luxury...
well i mean technically it is i guess given the price tage but i mean the model is more a sports car than a luxury vehicle so comfort is typically not a priority for the car maker on this one lol
im going back to the start, breaking the rules
the 1964 fastback- was the best year for those cars its the classic originator, the way too cool before its time.
Fifth is the one I grew up knowing about and desperately wanting so I can't help it.
I'm sure that even if it takes me till I'm 50 I'll still come back and buy that car
by looks strictly, then it has to be Shelby... my best friend had an "Eleanor" of course not an actual one, but definitely a very impressive attempt to a replica of one.
I would like a cross between the first & present generation.
They kinda did do that
Voted on the sixth generation. These cars look familiar to me, I guess my father had one from the fourth generation.
The 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6th generations are Mustangs.
I don't know what to call the 3rd and 4th generations.
They're not Mustangs in my book.
I like the first generation best. But would have liked to see more 'bite' in them.
Some of the later ''generations'' should not even be SHOWN here :D
omggg the 2nd one looks gooooorg!!😍😍 i would pick #2 and then #6 would be my second choice!! i like those curvy ones 😄😄
Sixth generation.
Out of all the older cars though (80s and before), from what I've seen, they're some of the nicer looking ones.
Definitely first generation, with fifth a distant second.
Full disclosure: I had a 92 GT 5.0
...
I checked out a new Mustang yesterday and I gotta say, it is really nice. I used to drive my aunt's 1965 Mustang with the 289 and I used to love that car but this is really well thought out.
You should have shown a pic of the Fourth Generation convertible.
Heck yeah. Now that's what I'm talking about.
I love the 1968 Ford Mustang GT "Bullitt", and the upgraded 2020 Steve McQueen™ Edition Bullitt Mustang by Steeda which upgrades it to 800+ HP with McQueen Racing Performance. 1 of 300...
I'm still waiting for the luxury version of the Ford Mustang from Lincoln, the Thoroughbred. Ford and Lincoln have been teasing a Lincoln Thoroughbred for decades.
@Still-alive I just saw and read this article and remembered this question. This would be sweet.

First generation look the best inside and out but are horrible to drive so I've heard
what do you think of the third gen? no ones picking that one lol
Lol there horrible to me. Car lost its identity.
Shelby Cobra 2nd Gen Convertible. Blue w/ white stripes, interior and top :)
The 69, loved the dual headlights.
The 70 just didn't look as good.
I also liked the 68 Shelbys.
it almost looks like they fired the designer from 1979 to 2004, realized that their cars looked like shit and hired them back in 2005 xD
Don’t know, the 1st gens are gorgeous but I have a 3rd gen so Imm partial to them too
Your 2nd gen pick is a 69 or 70 by the way
The original. I remember when it first came out and I first saw one.
1st gen, thats before they put stupid eletronics in cars
I would think the First generation (1965–1973) nothing like the real thing
@Still-alive The Third Generation is pretty with the black hood
First gen. My ex had a 1965 in baby blue. I loved that car. I was sad to see it (but not her) go.

1hp..
The origional pony by far. Don't like the fastback quite so much. Shelby was nice but not the same as the origional style
The 78 looks great however that model is so expensive these days. 2015 is the best deal in my opinion metallic blue with gray wheels
The big-butt versions were awful - you DO need to see behind you sometimes.
The 65 Mustang that was converted into the Shelby GT500.
First generation all the way, nothing beats the 67 Fastback.
If I had to get a Frog Rust-tang it'll be 1st generation.
2nd or 5th, I really like the back on the 2nd but the 5th overall
4tg gen looks the best. I never like them they have a rough ride
The 60s looks so clean. I love it.
Fourth, then second, then fifth
I've always loved the 2nd gen Mustangs tbh
First generation 😉
do you come with the car? ;)
jk
@Still-alive You crack me up 😂
2nd gen looks shnazzy
Second generation looks good
Third generation looks like a f***ing Mazda. lol
I like the late 60s models
I drive a Fifth generation and love it
Sixth
5 and 6
Either 1, 2 or 6
1,4,5,6
Sixth generation...
1st, 2nd and 5th
70s duh
Tesla Model 3
