I lied about my age on Discord?

First of all, my current age is 13.
But I downloaded and started using Discord 8 months ago when I was 12. I could have read the minimum age for using Discord but no. I just downloaded Discord without even knowing minimum age for using Discord is 13 and I was 12, but hey, I was just a dumb 12 year old kid at the time so what else to expect? Anyway, I downloaded it because I wanted to see what this hype is all about, why is everyone talking about it and what exactly happens there. But after using Discord and chatting with strangers for a while, I seemed to really enjoy it! Until 1 day, people, out of nowhere, started asking other people about their ages. I thought I was in an Astrology server for a second until I realized I was in a meme server, lol. Then my turn came (to tell people how old I was), and you guys can never guess what age I told everyone I was was: It was 17. YEAH I KNOW! This sounds terribly f***ing wrong but yeah, it's true. A 12 year old boy lied about his age and told everyone he was 17 while he was actually a 12 year old a-hole. Can we get a round of applause for this kid, please? Guys? I don't know where was my mind when I told everyone I was 17. Well, the number '17' was the first number that came into my mind when that person asked me about my age so yeah, I didn't even think twice and told everyone I was 17. Everyone thinks I'm 17 and will turn 18 this year while I will turn 14. Worst part is everyone actually treats me like a 17 yo. And yes, I know, over-18 folks can easily determine a 12 yo and a 17 yo but no one ever doubted if I was actually 17. They may have doubted I was 17 in their minds but no one just straightaway asked me. Even worse part is I've made some really close and good friends there and they will get surprised and shocked to hell when they will find out I'm not 17 but 13 and I will die from embarrassment. I know cyber safety is a thing but what can I do in this situation?

Correction: Whoopsie, I just noticed I made a grammatical error in this question. In 18th sentence from the top, I wanted the sentence to be "They may have doubted *if* I was *actually* 17."
