What do I do with my ex's scamming business?

Anonymous

I dated this guy for around 2 months. He has a private "business" for languages, he is trying to make something like Doulingo. All he was saying about it is how the website and apps are shinny, nice and how it's going well (that he already has a lot customers and subscribers). He showed it to me a little bit and it seemed promising to me, but I didn't really investigate much about it. Later he started complaining about the functionality, said that the customers are complaining about it, that they can't access some content. Well me being a supportive girlfriend, I tried subscribing (even though he said it's a one time pay and totally safe) but it turned out it was really a each month thing, and after paying it doesn't open the premium content. I was pissed that he let me pay without it being safe, but he said he's gonna fix it. Later that day I decided to investigate it better and from the looks of it, he is using some web plugins that lead to some other websites that are taking money without option to unsubscribe. And he is completely inexperienced about it, has no idea what he's doing or how to fix it. Or maybe he does and is a scammer himself, I don't know. Instead of shutting it down until fixed, he just left it there still taking money from people. Besides many other things that were wrong in the relationship, this was too much for me and I ended up breaking up with him. Few days later I asked him if he unsubscribed me and he said he deleted my account and that should do it, but I doubt it (if it's linked to my card). I guess I'll see in a month, and if it's still taking money I'm gonna have to change my card. But the problem of his scamming website still remains, he is not shutting it down and not fixing the payment issues (he is only posting new stuff and keeps promoting it). I feel like I should report him or something, if that's even possible? My friends say to just change the card and leave it be, but I don't know...
