Why do a lot of Apple users think you're weird if you don't have an Iphone?

That depends. I saw one can get an iPhone X (it used to cost 1000 dollars, now it's at 250 dollars) for the same price as a medium tier Android.

Ok, fair enough. But I will say this. I was a droid user for years and was never attacked for being one. Three years ago I took a job in medicine and had to switch to iPhone because droids do not have adequate security to protect patient information on my phone. Since then I have been attacked many times by droid users who call me things like "iSheep" and accuse me of being a member of a cult.

Personally I like both platforms, but after spending a while with an iPhone I have learned to prefer it. I find it more intuitive and generally higher quality. But I am not a fan of Apple and some of the shit they do.

But the important point here is that I was literally never attacked by iPhone users for using a droid but since switching I have been attacked many times by droid users for having an iPhone, so I found your question a little ironic.
