I prefer the iPhone's camera
I prefer a dedicated camera for photography

I'm not a photographer, so the 5oz camera phone which fits in my pocket is a better option for me than lugging around 3-5 lbs of kit for photos that are 18% better than the phone can take.
Of course, you can take better photos with a bunch of professional gear; that's why professionals use it. But the juice isn't worth the squeeze for me, an unprofessional non-photographer.
Today's cell phone cameras are superior to most digital cameras of a few years ago. Of course today's high-end digital cameras are far more capable. But most people are happy with their phone camera and don't bother carrying a separate camera.

They killed the actual compact cameras that the average joe used to have at least every household had one, unless you are talking about professional mirrorless and Dslr cameras that’s a different category even though phone cameras are heading in that direction. It is after all true the best camera is the one you have on you and no one Carries a Dslr unless they are artists or commercial photographers and to the untrained eye phone and Dslr pictures look the same.
iPhones do not have the best mobile cameras :) At least not according to DXOMark ranking. In the reality there's a competition between iPhone, Samsung, Huawei and Google Pixel in terms of quality of cameras
Obviously not, just look at the required lens sizes to achieve a fast lens speed (f/1.2 or faster).
I purchased the Iphone 13 Pro 1TB just for taking photos.
That's like asking whether a battery is better than a power station. One is obviously much more advanced.
I prefer the Samsung Android camera.
Nothing could replace a dedicated hardware.
I’m not sure
