I recently got rid of my Instagram and I felt a sense of relief wash over me. I think it took me a while to realize it didn’t make me feel good but I’m wondering if anyone feels good using Instagram. You might be more disciplined.

That relief line reminds me merrily of Christian Bale as Patrick 👌🏻👀👀😁. Anyways, I for one actually like Ian's enjoy Instagram. I've seen Tiktok too, and I imagine I'll eventually migrate there if Insta goes the way of the fax machine. Or whatever else succeeds as the next #1 social app 😀😊.
I do enjoy Instagram, and I feel happiness.
However, I may follow less pages. Some are getting unnecessary or just plain "bored" to me. 👍🙄😃 for me 👌🏻✌🏻☮️
It is what you make of it. If you want to see updates from your favourite bands, it is great. If you want to follow BS, then I can't help you.

i felt in i. g. bored looking at stuff and closed it. after a few days i realized nothing worth seeing. i stopped logging in.
