Samsung pissed me off one year (I think 2023?) . Their trade in deals for their trade ins sucked and they actually made APPLE’S iphone13pro max trade in worth MORE than their VERY OWN Samsung 22 Ultra. I had a whole ass fit, lmao. ( I buy all my phones in full, unlocked)
That’s about when I made the switch to try something new. I think Samsung understood how fucked up it was after the backlash and they improved trade ins for their OWN phones again. Later that year I traded in my Z Flip 3 for the z Flip 5 for about $250. I also upgraded my mom to the S23ultra from her S22ultra while it was still worth something.
Rant over, lmao. But I do have both. I’m a Samsung girly at heart, but I prefer my laptops being Apple.
I do prefer AirPods Pro over Samsung buds though. The difference was really surprising.

I grew up in the tail end and had a second phone as a Nokia classic yet 2010 or 2011 mode. Numbers and buttons. I used it all the way up to 2019/2020, while using from 2011 to 2020 an iPod touch, I went through two of those iPods. So I got to experience the joys of all worlds, and finally by the 2020s android had improved. My first android phone was a Huawei in 2008 or 2009 and golly was it crap. And then I bought a Chinese smartphone vivo in 2021 and a second upgraded 2022 and they've been joys or are joys as android. I also had a brief sony smart phone and a Samsung hand me downs between 2020 and 2021

@itsclearlynicholas I don't know about you, but years ago when phones were trying to get smaller I was always really careful with them. Heck those I mentioned are still in workable condition (not that they would connect any more) But the modern ones are so big, I'm always dropping them and breaking the screens!

I've gone through two. Even superior to the Nokia's of old and to the Samsung/Sony's I've had and iPod touches, two of them. Anyways. I will enjoy my third vivo, a 5g, I'm hopeful 🤍👀
