AI models are only as good as the data they are trained on. By manipulating that data, you can “poison” the model.

The AI model used on this website is laughably bad.

I work in IT. It is simply I consider a lot than AI does so I find better solutions.

Yes and No. I don't know anything about what you do etc.

My doctor is using AI to take case notes and it does a good job. Not something that he couldn't but it will allow him to see more patients without have to type note in. That is just a productivity aide.

Jobs could be lost in some areas. Like call centers. Way way back there were typing pools. Those jobs went rapidly as workplaces became computerized but affected people just moved to other jobs like being PAs.

Cabbies are clearly going to disappear in time. A lot of the creative arts will disappear.

In a lot of ways the high end of town may be more affected. Like lawyers. There was a US judge who used AI for a judgement but it was poor AI so he is in a lot of trouble. Doubtless will improve in time.

At the same time it will just be a productivity tool, like with my Dr. So I think it will be a mixed bag. Some employment will disappear, some will employment will just get a productivity boost.

Probably not as much impact as pushing manufacturing to China in my view but cabbies uber drivers won't survive.
