Like they preferred to do outdoor activities inside... and not because of covid but just out of habit... and likely 5-6 days a week.  I mean there's indoor skiing, indoor waterparks, indoor shopping, indoor cycling, indoor sports games, indoor rock climbing, indoor tanning, indoor walking track, indoor skating, indoor yoga, indoor birdwatching, indoor volleyball, indoor theme parks (okay well not that extreme lmao), indoor scavenger hunt, indoor tanning, indoor gardening (greenhouse), etc lol.  I mean there could even be indoor camping  where you set a tent up in the living room and roast marshmallows in the fireplace.  Too extreme?  👀🤣  #FeelFreeToList #Indoorsy

I love being outdoors I don't care what temperature it is outside I like being outside I like doing things outside I like being in nature I like being at Lakes I like to send I like to get a great tan I don't care how cold it is I will be outside I don't care how hot it is I will be outside but then there's the indoors now I am kind of a romantic person I love to snuggle I love to touch I love the smell of a woman I love to cook I love my bedroom I love everything in my house it makes me comfortable and I hope it makes a person that I'm with comfortable I love being in my bed LOL is what it boils down to I love making love I love that privacy up to people enjoying each other's company of making each other lap of doing crazy things for our to each other whether it's joking or serious I love being with somebody in that moment and there's nobody else around I love being me and I'd like to share with me

Now if I had a significant other or if I had a girlfriend or even just a girl that is a friend LOL I would want to be in my house having going to try to make that private moment happen because I'm fucking hornier than fuck LOL is there such things as an online

She wouldn't have to be into backpacking and camping, but she would have to love and have a connection with nature.

City life and staying exclusively indoors in artificial environments makes me cringe.

I think aberrant, western, consumer culture, including violence and mental illness, is partially a result of being alienated from nature and, therefore, our own humanity. And if we are disconnected from ecosystems and natural wonders, we can't love nature or value it. We can't feel awe, wonder and gratitude for creation and the miracle that is Earth. We wind up just thinking of it as a commodity to be used. In the process, we, ourselves, become mere commodities.

Not for long. I can amuse myself at home for considerable periods of time, but a point comes when I have to get out and be among big trees, preferably close to a large body of water, sucking down some good air and smelling that freshness all around me. If you know who Stan Ridgway is and you've ever heard his voice singing, Don't box me in--it's like that.

Real wilderness, though, is not my thing, because I know that if a bear or a wolf showed up, I would do all the wrong things and end up fertilizing the flora. Good safe camping sites are just right for me, with clean rest rooms and happy families not too close and not too far.

I could not date someone who only likes to be inside.
Although I am a homebody and love the indoors too, I love nature and I would prefer to be doing things outside.
I am dating a gamer boy though, he’s very indoorsy, but still loves the outdoors just as me. We are very compatible because we are both indoorsy/homebodies, but absolutely love doing things outside during the day, and cuddling up inside at night.
I don’t think I could handle someone who never wants to go on walks, hiking, bike rides, or at least the gym.

It's not for me to be always outside, always on the move, always doing some outside activity. I like riding a bicycle sometimes with friends, or going on long walks etc, but not all the time, i love being home...

Whenever i read bios in girl's dating profiles, they talk about how they are always on the move, outdoorsy type of girls. They like to say how they are "not lazy", implying that if you are not like them, then you are lazy..

Not really , I love being outside as much as possible , unless it’s cold as hell out or raining then yes I will stay in but I love being outdoors, so if she really didn’t enjoy that then I don’t think her and I would have much in common , I love to fish hike bonfires , swim etc.. I love nature and oceans and lakes and rivers etc. being to much of a homebody is boring to me , I am not much of a tv person , once in awhile I will watch it but tv is something I don’t really care much for and about , I can’t sit and watch tv for hours, I would end up passing out from boredom lol same as video games I like video games once in awhile but not for a long time , it gets boring after a bit , I rather be getting my hands into something outside or just chilling outside by a fire and I love cooking on a fire as well playing music and having a few beers and breathing in the fresh air.

I wouldn't notice that the first months dating that person but at some point i want to be out with her in the nature. These are the few basic steps of trust and getting to know the person, where i will do things i never done with her vice versa. I am a gamer and a pc gaming nerd but being outside in the nature makes me feel sane. I fish, plant seeds, interact with the wild life. Where we live now you can see different big birds wondering with their seasonal flying live, see deers out in the natureand so far i have seen 2 moose (young ones) it is amazing to be this close to all of it. Being away might work but i will feel weird or empty at times because of it.

Only if we lived in the Arctic or the desert would I be okay with that. And even then, I would want to be outside. I enjoy the outdoors quite a bit. Spending time in nature is peaceful for me and I like some of the challenges that being outdoors can bring.

I'm not sure. I'd rather have a guy who's willing to do some activities outdoors and at least take walks with me. I prefer outdoor waterparks and theme parks. Also, if I was going camping (I'm not really interested in it) I'd rather it be outdoor camping. Some of the other ones you listed like rock climbing, yoga, shopping, and cycling are activities I'm okay with doing indoors so I wouldn't mind if the guy I was with preferred that.

It wouldn’t work for me. Although I’m an urban city person and do a bunch indoors, I also love the outdoors. There are outdoor things I want to do with a girlfriend that I can’t give up…running, hiking, dog walking, skiing, camping etc. …for example what’s camping without tent sex, lol?

I could, and even though I volunteer for outdoor charities and conservation initiatives, I don't consider myself an outdoor enthusiast even though I spend a lot of time bike riding and running outdoors and swimming. We went to a concert in the city and it was during a snowstorm and I parked about a half mile away because I did not want to get towed. We walked the rest of the way and she complained about it the whole time. ThAt is when I started to have my doubts.

It depends what you mean buy that. I was raised an outdoorsman. Was taught to hunt, fish, we camped on river sandbars. Having said that I wouldn't classify myself as an "outdoorsman". But I do appreciate nature and try to camp at least once a year. So I'd be fine with someone who was similar to me. I could probably tolerate someone who was more outdoorsy. But someone who didn't want to camp at all. How boring is that?

I have never liked the outdoors. After getting in a rather unfortunate series of events with law enforcement I was camping professionally for 2 years (homeless). So now I like the outdoors even less than before.

As long as she wasn't actively avoiding events like weddings, I wouldn't care. Too much sun and smoking are the main cause of wrinkles anyways. Sometimes I just want to stay in and have sex.
