Do you get bothered when it's cold out and someone elese is wearing light clothes?

I moved from the USA to Australia (and I'm originally from Chicago) and the winter here is like autumn weather to me. Most days I wear shorts and a t-shirt while Australians are wearing sweatshirts. They'll ask "aren't you cold" and I'll tell them "not really" and when they hear that I have an accent, they're like "oh that makes sense". But there's a lot of international students from southeast Asia at my Uni who wear insulated jackets and it drives them crazy when I walk around in shorts and a t-shirt.
