10 degree for sure! I like the cold though, so I'd enjoy it. I'm that idiot that runs outside when it's cold because I like how it feels, lol.

But 110? NO. Especially if there's humidity mixed in with it: give me the cold anyday! There's a saying: you can always bundle and layer up when it's cold until you warm up. But there's only so much you can do when it's hot

Definitely 10 degree weather, when your cold you can just add more layers, until your comfortable and warm up using your own body heat, and if needed there are many portable and stationary ways to create heat to warm up aswell, such as fire hand warmer oil lanterns. If your stuck outside in 110 degrees you'll be roasting, because there are only so many layers you can remove before you run out, then you get sunburn, basically your only option to cool would be water and shade.

Back in the mid `90's, I was in Cleveland for a week or two and at least 3 days in a row, it was 106!! I was out walking up and down the main road hitting all the records stores having a blast!
About 10 years ago, I was working at a print shop a few blocks away from my house. It only took me 7:00 to walk there but, one day it was sub freezing and, I was so fucking cold I got about a block away from the place and just couldn't take it anymore and dropped in the snow!!

Depends on the conditions. Outside in my yard, 110 because I have a pool. Outside in the middle of a field, 10 because I can bundle up. I prefer warm over cold weather, but that's because I can swim easily when it gets hot.

I've learned over the years I'd rather be putting more clothes on when the weather is cold. than taking clothes off when the weather is hot you can only take so much off.
