Do you like Toronto more or do you like the areas around Toronto more?

I have been to Toronto a few times cause I studied at the Mississauga version of the University of Toronto so was in Mississauga and not Toronto while studying at the University of Toronto and that is why I only went down there a few times a year. I don't really like how there is very little control over how the buildings look next to each other. It clashes visually cause you have big buildings next to small ones, dark ones next to light ones, oddly shaped ones next to traditional ones. It's like a random cross hatch of unrelated patterns and designs. There also appears to be less clean up of streets cause I find the streets in basically every city near Toronto to be cleaner than Toronto alone. They have cool things like the CN Tower or the Museum but it does not change the clash between old and new buildings you see on most streets. Also things are overpriced cause the restaurant owners have to pay heavy rental fees to operate in a tourist area and they assume that if you live or travel there that you are wealthy and can afford high prices.
