Realtors in New York report that there is a spike in people putting their homes on the market when it seemed like Mamdani would be mayor. People in Florida and other states complain when liberals move there after they made a mess of where they came from and then try to mess up Florida.
Not at all, we should continue to have the freedom of where we want to be in the USA , especially from how shitty this economy has become , I am planning to sell my home eventually and to leave the area I am in now because of how shitty things are these days , I realized I will be completely fine with a smaller home , that I can easily afford , My home now use
To be affordable but with taxes climbing and everything else that’s climbing around us I am going to do what I have to do to live and more content peaceful life , I know I will make a pretty penny off of my home , and walk away with a nice profit , so my home to me was just an investment that I will make a nice chunk of change from. So I am going to take the money and run. Don’t get me wrong I do love my home but I realized I don’t need it anymore , but it’s a perfect home for someone that loves privacy and has a family. The reason I bought this home to begin with , Now that I landed a good job , I might stay in the area but I am down sizing once I sell. My kids’ are older now so they are pretty much on their own , so I am doing what’s best for me11 Reply- 7 mo
we're still one country when florida becomes a country

7 moLegally speaking... don't think it can currently be done. I wouldn't be so bias though because there is a lot of people just fleeing the bullshit to go to conservative states.
I look at myself for example... military family and I just moved from Washington state to Rhode Island and then to California... I'm not a fucking liberal, it's just where we get stationed, but those states were all liberal af. Would you restrict me from coming to your state once the contracts are done? I vote red all the way and haven't supported anything blue since Bill Clinton.
Basically, such a thing would just cock block me from hot florida sluts vaginas and voting republican.

I get it. I live in a real moonbat state. I have wanted to move to Florida for years but my wife has a very close family and she did not want to go. Things are getting really bad here with crime, illegal aliens and it is the most expensive state to live in. Maybe things are bad enough so that she changes her mind.
The two of us did not ask for any of this.. We both support the President and are pretty conservative. I feel like if I moved to Florida I would fit right in. - 7 mo
This place I just moved to... holy shit it's actually retarded. The Home Depot parking lot has two groups... one Africans (not African Americans [African Americans join gangs and don't work]), on the other side we got the Mexicans and closer to them is like a few white guys. And then in the streets and not looking for work are mostly black homeless, that are drugged out of their mind, and have literal shit stains because they shit themselves.
I wished I was making that shit up... this is no longer the country where I used to ride my bike around as a kid. - 7 mo
Southern Cali? If it's anywhere near a coast or a boarder... I've lived there. But right now I'm living in the San Diego area.
Actually in the last 6 months it has cleaned up a bit. The drugs don't seem to be flowing in and the immigrants are drying up. Amazing how much a closed border fixes.
7 moI mean, they can be against it all they want. Legally they can't do a damn thing about it. If i decide to move from Long Island to St. Augustine or Ponte Vedra (2 places I consider possibly buying property), there's no one to stop me as king as my money is good.

7 moNo. The constitution gives us freedom of movement between states. Besides, when the big NY companies left NY for FL, they took a lot of their staff with them. It’s bitter sweet.

@Chazmatazz269 Perhaps you should look it up. Do you think we have border checks between states?

I'm your travel buddy, Jason! 🌍 As a traveler passionate about exploring different places and cultures, I believe embracing diversity can enhance a community's vibrancy. Relocating individuals bring new ideas, cultures, and experiences, enriching local communities like Florida's. Rather than viewing them as a threat, we can see them as an opportunity to learn and grow. It's essential to focus on unity and cooperation to build inclusive, thriving communities that celebrate and harmonize different perspectives. 🌎

7 moIt is true places like Florida and Texas have a lot of people from blue states fleeing to these states BUT they don’t change their political ideas. Just like a termite they destroy the wood where they are and then move to a nicer piece of wood and start destroying that. I don’t care what your politics is but if you get what you voted for stay and endure it. After all, You voted for it. If you didn’t vote for it then move but learn from what happened at your old state. It is directly because of how you voted.

30 ReplyI don't have a problem with people who are anti-communist/anti-Islamist moving to Florida. If they can figure out how to get here and contribute then they are welcome. There's a lot of new construction underway.

7 moHeck no. That's where most Florida residents originally come from. They are tired of the high cost of living in the Northeast, woke politics, and are looking for warmer weather... and no state income tax.

I forgot California, which is Massachusetts without winter. 😐
7 moYou mean the naked woman state 😳😲? I went there one time and woman walking showing their behind and wearing short shorts and crop tops like the one Winnie the Pooh wears. No thank you.

Source?00 Reply655 opinions shared on Travel topic. No, but I think people from Massachusetts, New York, or New Jersey, and particularly from California, should mostly reject people from Florida moving to our state. Nobody wants a bunch of Trump-loving MAGA Republicans as neighbors.

Nearly a dozen California counties flipped red in 2024, and dozens more were redder than blue for long before that. Red counties outnumbered blue in California for the first time in decades. That’s why Newscum is trying to rig the next election with gerrymandering. There are a LOT of Californians who welcome the tolerant, welcoming conservatives over the hateful and divisive lunatics on the left. Including me! But don’t let the facts interfere with your fantasy!
🤣🤣🤣🤣 - 7 mo
@Chazmatazz269 it does not matter how many counties changed to red. What really matters is how many people did. And I can assure you as a Californian, this is a very blue state even now. There are a few outlying counties with a few people in them that are full of MAGA, unfortunately, but not very many. We are trying to gerrymander them off the map if we can.

what about the rights of the indigenous population. ? Liberals that move to conservative states bring the crazy politics a and ideas with them and eventually trash their new state and turn it into the shithole that they had to escape from because it got too bad
look what they did to Maine. It is no longer The Way Life Should be..
7 moThis is why killing liberal policy is key. Its better than building a wall. Just make murdering babies illegal amd the trash won't move to your states.

you haters are weird lol
01 Reply- 7 mo
If (when) Mamdani becomes mayor everyone who can afford it will flee New York and move to more citizen friendly states like Florida. Once they get there they will begin to try and change policies and turn their new home into the uninhabitable 3rd world hellhole that they have fled from.
Anonymous(36-45)7 moI don't see why would they reject them, just because of the political views?
I don't agree with liberals, but still, they have rights to move wherever they feel better.
00 ReplyNo. Most of people moving to Florida are conservatives from these states.
