James Franco flirting scandal with teen

I recently saw the newest lifetime movie "High School Lover" with James Franco in it. Which made me think about that flirting scandal a male celebrity had with a teenager and how she told people about it. Turns out that male celebrity was him.

The story goes:

Back in 2014, James Franco was leaving from the location where his play (Of Mice and Men) had been held when he was signing autographs for fans and the 17 year old involved ( Lucy Clode), who was in New York City from Scotland for the play with her mom, was present outside taking a pictures and videos with him in the background. Apparently he stated " you gotta tag me".

Later that night Lucy had a conversation on instagram with him, which later turned into texting.

After the conversations were out there for the public to see, both received backlash. Franco made a tweet as a response to the whole thing saying "IM NOT! I HOPE PARENTS KEEP THEIR TEENS AWAY FROM ME. Thank you" with a link to a picture of him and words saying "why are you thirsty for underage ones" That was hilarious.

Some people think it was a publicity stunt to help promote his movie at the time. In a way it kind of does seem like it was set up and in another aspect it doesn't. If it was real then it seemed like a way for Lucy to gain her 15 minutes of fame. All I have to say is James definitely could have hit me up, mess free.
