My suggestion is to set Biden and all Democrats, including governors and mayors adrift on a barge in the middle of the ocean. They are deliberately trying to destroy our economy and wreck people's lives.
The goverment is paying them not to dock, why can't people see that.

No, it's more involved than that. You can't unload ships until there is an available dock, and you can't have available docks unless you have crane operators and longshoreman, but you also can't unload ships if you don't have space to put the containers. You can't clear out containers unless you have trailer chassis and truck drivers, and there's a massive shortage of both - which Biden just made worse with vaccine mandates. There's been a trucking shortage for years, and on top of the existing shortage, another 15,000 California truckers are quitting due to the vax mandates.

A number of ships have rerouted to Florida ports to offload cargo. That said, I don’t think those particular ships at California ports will be rerouting...
the problem is covid and the supply chain in general is hurting because of the pandemic. If only the stupid people who don't think that the virus is real would smarten the fuck up and getting vaccinated. Because they are truly world class idiots.
Last I heard (about a week ago) Florida was gonna start taking the stuff off those boats and start shipping it around the country in trucks, where it belongs!!

A huge part of the labor problem is the vaccine mandates - especially for truckers - you know, the guys who are more-or-less sequestered in their vehicles 14 hours a day? There was already a shortage of truckers - in part also due to California laws that don't allow older trucks to be used, and not everyone can afford a new truck - but the mandate requirements have caused nearly 15,000 truckers in California to quit. That's having a HUGE impact, and you can't just hire guys and throw them on the road - it takes significant training to get up to speed, much less do the job efficiently - and given how many ways truckers can get screwed, especially in California, there's little incentive for people to choose that career. The average trucker today is in his 50s, and there's very few men in their 20s. That means this problem will keep getting worse - yet they continue to pile even more restrictions on truckers.

People who are willing to go back to work because they won't have to worry about catching COVID at the workplace because herd immunity would take affect.
