Acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney said Thursday that President Trump withheld military aid to Ukraine until it looked into the debunked conspiracy theory that Ukrainian nationals were in possession of a computer server belonging to the Democratic National Committee.
Asked why the administration had withheld $400 million in military aid allocated by Congress to help Ukraine defend itself from Russian aggression, Mulvaney first cited the president’s desire to make sure Kiev’s government was not corrupt. Then, confirming a quid pro quo laid out in the partial summary released by the White House of Trump’s July 25 call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Mulvaney cited a conspiracy theory involving the DNC server that housed emails leaked during the 2016 campaign.

Oh yeah. It would have still happened. Trump wouldn't be able to be re-elected as this would be his second term so there would be no reason for Putin to try to make it seem like they were on good terms.
And he was going to go through with this invasion if Trump lost anyways because the (hardcore) Republicans will see whatever Biden's response is, whether going to war or not, as the worst choice ever and it will be brought up during the next election which will work in Trump's favor and of course that means in Russia's favor as well.

No. Trump listened to and gave Putin the respect a major power deserves. The war in the donbass region of Ukraine had gone quite for the most part while Trump talked to both sides. When America head a weak president and be is divided against itself. Our enemies smell blood in the water and will strike. This woke cultural revolution the far left head been wageing on our people and patriot's is why this has happened. The military was training on confiscating weapons and property from gadsen flag waving patriots instead of focusing on China or Russia or Iran. You leftists out there were more focused on taking away the freedom's of our own people and trucker's rather than spreading freedom. All you far left democrats are to blame for this entire political situation.
There is no way of telling. Whatever policies Trump had in place on Russia could have been ignored and they could have gone through with the attack on Ukraine regardless. There are really too many factors and what ifs to paint an accurate picture.
I feel Trump being a new guy and tenacious with how he handled things made him unpredictable to Putin and he wanted to time to observe and analyze how he carried himself as leader of the United States. Maybe he would have attacked if Trump won a second term. With Biden he would be more in the know of who he is and how he carried himself. Given everything that has happened on his end as President so far, it may have emboldened Putin to make a move because he could have perceived Biden as weak.
In short, no telling. Responses may have been different. Maybe nothing would have happened. Maybe our guys would be in Ukraine fighting now. It's happening under Biden, let's see what unfolds and the fallout aftermath and go from there.

I respect the Ukrainians as they are putting up a fight but at the end of the day they are outgunned and out manned by the Russians. Do not be surprised if Putin decides he will march into NATO countries because... well because who the fuck is going to stop the Russians and why the fuck not? I bet Putin will just say "fuck it, we are marching all the way to Paris and fuck you if you try to stop us".

Russian's invasion of Ukraine has nothing to do with who the US President is. Putin wanted to do it and he did. Th reaction of the US and other countries will be interesting, because that DOES depend, at least in part, in who the President and Prime Ministers of the various countries are.
Biden, Trump, Clinton, Kennedy doesn't matter who is in the seat. Putin went in for a reason and he plans on fulfilling what he set to do. They only thing that would have stopped the crisis is if Ukraine never wanted to join Nato and they are set on doing that. It just seems unavoidable since the beginning

Thing about Trump was that he was actually all about calming things down in Ukraine and making Russia a friend so as a result there was no invasion of Ukraine during trump's presidency. Biden gets in and he automatically declares Putin an enemy and picks out where the obama regime left off pushing American corporate intrests in the region.

Probably not. Putin invaded and annexed Crimea from the Ukraine in February 2014 during the Obama administration, and now Putin is invading the Ukraine right now during the Biden administration. Putin invaded nowhere during the Trump administration.
