Shouldn't deaths caused by Fentanyl poisoning on purpose be considered murder at the hands of another person?

These Fentanyl deaths aren't overdoses, they are deliberate poisonings meant to kill people and they are killing thousands. Shouldn't someone go after them for murder?

I assume that you are talking about the fentanyl coming across the southern border. In my opinion. I hold Biden responsible for a lot of the deaths. Since he thinks that the boarder isn’t a problem under his watch!

They are, and the family that promoted fentanyl and other opioids have been brought to court for the deaths of those people as they're the ones that pushed for doctors and pharmacies that they owned and had deals with to get those pills out more so they could make a profit. They're not going to jail, but they're definitely paying some hefty fines and lost that business.

In some states the person that sold the drugs are prosecuted for murder. It really has not got much traction

I kinda know who sold the Fentanyl laced meth to my then boyfriend that killed him. But I would be so afraid of his buddies in his apartment building retaliating against me, or even kill me. I think they know where I live.
It's not worth it to me. Just let sleeping dogs lie.
