But the difference is down to how the number are collected and collated. If an abusive boyfriend is convicted - then the days of those abuse will also be included in the conviction. Whereas anywhere else it would just be a single conviction.

Well you come over from a 3rd world country & commit a crime lile rape or gang rape & you know the consequences are minor. You get a jail sentence for a year in what is basically a hotel with plenty of entertainment, 3 meals a day, a gym, free education and job training fof when they leave.

Every country is capable of operating its military independently of NATO. France for instance up until recently was operating in Africa without NATO. Britain was able to go and kick the Falklands without NATO and kick Argentina out. Britain fought 15 years in iraq without NATO. Australia and new Zealand aren't part of NATO.

Saudi Arabia doesn't hang women who dont wear their burka. The biggest problem Saudi women have is their husband calling the police to bring back their wife who doesn't have his permission to drive his car.
