Fights and break ups happen in relationships. Unfortunately, people have forgotten how to sincerely apologize so many couples can't survive these episodes. If you are sincere, you can get your ex back with a good apology.

A good apology consists of three main parts:
1-The Apology
2-Responsibility
3-Correction Plan

A well intentioned apology can help you get your ex back if you make sure you execute all three parts.

If you want to get your ex back you must first say "I'm sorry". This can be very difficult especially if you feel that you didn't do anything wrong. But if you want to get your ex back you are going to have to say "I'm sorry" first. Assuming you feel that you owe an apology this part is usually the easiest.

Not only do you have to say "I'm sorry" you also have to say, "It was my fault". Usually in a break up there is enough blame to go around for each of you. But if you want to get your ex back you have to be the one to take responsibility. So admit your part and role in the break up. Many people do not get to this part of an apology. They think that just saying I'm sorry is going to solve the problem, but it won't. You have to take some responsibility.

Finally, you will need to ask "How can I fix the problem?" Hardly, anyone gets to this phase of an apology. However, if you do remember to genuinely ask "How can I fix the problem?" then the odds of you getting your ex back get much higher. This must be sincere.

This three step apology is often a very good first step to get your ex back. It is important to think ahead of time about each of these three steps. Plan out what you are going to say and how you are going to say it. The time you spend will be very helpful for getting your ex back and the relationship moving forward.

The apology approach to get your ex back assumes that you and your ex are still talking. However, in some cases there is no conversation and you need some different help to get started. So, if you need more help check out http://breakup-makeup.blogspot.com
