This guy told me he likes me, but doesn't act like it.

don't let him waste your time, you deserve better and don't need to be stringed on. Get some confidence, draw a line and if he breaches that line ignore him then and turn the tide.

Its possible he thinks that you've not showed him you like him back.

However, like blackhd99 says, he is pretty messed up if he's treating you meanly after a small slight from you.

He might be under the false impression "Treat them mean, keep them keen" (some parents mess up their kids by telling them such rubbish).

If you like him, let him know, but given the way he's behaved might be better to ditch him.

This is normal, every gurl goes through this. Apparently some of his friends don't like you. most guys like to follow their friends, so he's going to act like he doesn't like you when they are around. But he still likes you he just wants to fit in like everybody else

at this age guys don't usally play this game. Guy aren't going to be mean or ignore you if they like you, they will treat you with respect and more. I would say he is just playing you in someway, I would just move on he isn't worth it.

tell him he does not have the right to be mean to you no matter what he says. ignore him back, he is not worth it if he treats you like that. let him know that's not cool

Is it okay to you that he keeps being mean to you just because he told you that he lyks you? If he is being mean to you then what do you even see in him? (not a question). What are you saying... Oh, I lyk him too but I want him to stop being mean to me and show me that he lyks me...yeah yeah, why should you have to wonder why he is being mean to you if he is supposed to lyk you? I guess when he gets nicer then he will tell you why he was being mean...mmmmhhhh!
